  • Ticket Passes: Passes issued for conventions are non-transferable unless written approval is provided by the organizers.
  • Admission: Attendees must present a valid government-issued ID and confirmation credential at registration desks to gain entry.
  • Code of Conduct: All attendees, speakers, and sponsors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any form will result in immediate removal without refund.

3. Usage Policy & Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including but not limited to event agendas, speaker details, presentation abstracts, session recordings, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Cloud Datacenter Convention or its respective content providers and partners.

  • Users may not download, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or store unauthorized copies of Cloud Datacenter Convention proprietary materials without explicit written consent.
  • Speakers and presenters retain rights to their original presentation decks while granting Cloud Datacenter Convention the license to record, publish, and distribute sessions for educational and marketing purposes.

4. Electronic Communications & Acceptable Use
